About Charm N' Sensory
Founded by Miss Teen Perthshire who was a young carer for 7 years and 4 time national UK award winner. She created Charm N' Sensory after her Papa suffered stroke.
Charm N' Sensory is homemade sensory items. Including our signature therapy putty it's not messy or sticky it's luxury sensory therapy handmade with a homemade recipe and toxic-free.
It was made to help her Papa regain hand strength and mobility after stroke. Now we create our therapy kits to help others going through similar! Our Mission
Charm N' Sensory mission came after the founder's papa was not admitted to hospital after stroke. Meaning he missed out on receiving a vital support tool therapy putty. Sadly this is the case for many not just those that suffer stroke.
The therapy putty currently available on the NHS is scented and made with silicone, which many people do not like. Charm N' Sensory is changing this with our homemade, non-scented, toxic-free therapy putty.
The NHS also only provide therapy putty to those admitted to hospital. This means some people that suffer stroke or similar conditions but are not admitted like the founder's papa miss out on this vital support tool!
Our mission is to ensure that everyone, not just those admitted to hospital, has access to therapy putty for whatever reason they need it!

Frequently asked questions
Is the therapy putty sticky or messy ?
No! Our therapy putty is specially made to not be sticky or messy.
We use a specific homemade recipe so it is 100% mess and stick free!
As we donate our therapy putty to hospitals and hospices etc. it means we have to make sure it is absolutely stick and mess free.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Please allow 3-7 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. For international orders please allow 8-12 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, cancellation must be requested within 1 hour of your order transaction. Please email us immediately charmnsensory@gmail.com
My item was damaged in postage ?
We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us with a photo or video proof within 3 days of delivery. In this case, we ask that you ship it back to us in the condition that you received it for a replacement.
My order was lost/stolen ?
Since your package was already shipped out by your chosen delivery company and they have claimed delivery, we unfortunately no longer have control over the process.
Please contact your delivery company to help locate your package, they can supply the tracking number associated with your order. If after a week, your package still hasn't arrived, you can file a missing mail request on your chosen delivery company website and they will help locate the package for you.
